spinner occurred after approx 20mins watching TV log sent it to vix team via receiver ref 1421311568.75 no new log present but last log shows error

I'm not sure that you submitted the correct log. Ther last thing on that log is a restoration after an update. Far better to attach logs to thread than sending by email.

When a receiver plays up, it is adviseable to start fresh a USB flash with no restores. Use a basic setup as far as possible while systematically adding one plugin at a time. This helps identify cause of issue. Id ont think you have even described what your setup is.

That's my final try as no new log was produced not going to use this forum again will look for another software or get my money back filled out details as requested at top of post you don't buy a car that don't steer do you as an example I expect as a customer to get a product that works

Yep best you use something else. You could also try some basic punctuation if you want help. One long sentence is too hard to make sense of.
