stick NOVA-T under VIX 2.3

Hello,

I installed package for nova-t stick, rebooted the clarke.
I connected the stick, but i dot not see it under tuner resources.

What can i do to make it work ?

Note:
Previously it was working under Clarke-Xtrend image 3.03
Also, the kernel detects the stick.
My smargo worked without installing any package.
