Subtitles stuck on

I just brought a new Uno4k SE from world of satellite..
I installed backup from my old openvix system.. but when I play mkv it always turns on the subtitles..
Even if I turn off.. then pause video, it will restart with subtitles on

I have default settings set in system

Any ideas?

You may have autosubtitles display on.....
