[VU+ Ultimo] The VU+ Ultimo QWERTY keypad on remote with VIX image?

I've searched this forum but can't find anyone else with this issue, the qwerty side of the remote doesnt seem to work.
Do I have to do anything extra configuration for it?

You did unlock the keyboard (the bottom-left button is the padlock unlock)?

Don't worry mate, it's an easy thing to do.

But tbh most Ultimo owners put the remote back in the box within 10 mins of getting the Ultimo and used an Uno remote or a Universal remote instead.
