how do i connect second tuner to the lnb as as soon as i connect it to the box it stops my motor moving

1. Where does this second wire come from, what is on the other end? (Rephrase, is this a motorised system with a twn port LNB?)
2. What have you configured each tuner as?

1 ) going from tuner b straight to the twin LNB on the motorised system the other tuner goes to motor then to LNB
2) I think i have tried all configs for the tuner b in vix as there is no guide to tell you what it should be set at.

just found out its when the outer shield wire is touching the tuner and the LNB that it stops working if i only have the center pin in it works fine

"I think i have tried all configs" does not real help us understand what you have set it as.

The tuner connecter to the motor you set as positioner. I presume you have got this right.

The tuner connected directly to the LNB of a mototorised setup (ie it does not control the motor). You have to set it as "second cable of motorised LNB)

Please also ensure your f-plugs are connected correctly.
