Transponders signals

Hi all, not sure if this this is in correct area, so apologies to mods if not. I am having problems every time I go to 16oE. For nearly every transponder on this satellite I have to go into settings and move dish very slightly to get a good signal. My question is , is this due to low signal strength on 16oE or is it my LNB or something I have not thought about. It doesn't happen on any other satellites.
I have a Technomate 5402 with 1.2m motorised dish and I'm using Diseq 1.2. Dish, motor and LNB are about 8 years old. If any need replacing please offer suggestions.

Try Usals instead of Diseq 1.2.
