tuner set up

im finding it difficult to set up vu+solo2 to gbox 500 on openvix image. on my gbox the sat numbers 1 to 25 start from east to west and on the stb the sats are already set set up as 19eastsastra1 no1 13east thotbird no 2 28east astra sky no 3 and so on all random could someone give a clue how to match them or give aguide how to configure this tuner with gbox positioner

Have you tried changing the position numbers?

im not sure how to .you mean on positioner. on stb advanced tuning when i change from usals to discq 1.2 i get no signal from lnb i dont know what im doing wrong

You are not using Usals, nor diseqc 1.2.

I am sure you can still change positions with both USALS and Diseqc disabled.
