[VU+ Duo2] Typo Symbol Rate Info on DVB-C tuner

Hi,

The information regarding Symbol Rate is x1000 greater than the real on a DVB-C tuner, example the SR 6900 real is showing as 6900000.

I think is an easy typo to fix.
