Hi mate changing the port on OpenWebif plugin has allowed me to connect to it now.

Receiving this message now 'Directory ....................... contains no "services or lamedb" file. (SGT's bouquets)

Also Dreambox Control Center is saying:

Bootmanager: not found.

Is it maybe I am using the wrong username and password?

Username: root
and I am leaving password blank

Don't use DCC, use filezilla and putty for telneting.

Make sure in your bouquet loader you have enigma 2 selected.

Cool mate will download filezilla and putty.

Also it was not set to enigma2. Changed it but it fails the log below:

LMAO and here we were saying on DK things were going to be easy. LOL. well chuffed that your now sorted.

once your setup make a full image and settings backup via the blue button > vix.

also mentioned on a thread on DK that I hoped it wouldnt be to easy lol.

Loving the receiver image looks great, HD quality superb, tried out the PiP and sure I will keep discovering more about it.

Thanks again guys

its just like windows explorer except you need to put the boxes IP address, username - root and password in. rest is drag and drop and right mouse delete:thumbsup:

I think thats the latest, its the version I use.

i'm more of a flash FXP user my self as i have a paid for version.

but take a look at this

it should help

Were abouts do i put the IP username and password (am I right in saying just leave the password blank)

host = Box IP address username = root password =the password or left blank if not set up.

excellent mate got it :)

LMAO Ive been at this game for well over 20 years and there are still times i learn something new where satellites are concerned.

but never fear we've got a top bunch of lads over here who are always happy to help.
