[GiGaBlue UHD QUAD 4K] Update to 5.4.008 - Time to Restore Plugins?

Updated to .008 and restored back up taken just before installation into Slot 3.
Back up manager seems to have hung at 83/100, and although it does say restoring plugins can take a long time, after 15 mins so I got a time out message.
Rebooted and it seems that the restore did work.
Possibly a bug??

Also:
What is the difference between a new image and software update? It shows 11 items to update? But now get an error message when I go back to check software update and the package list.

And some backups have IM in the title. I assume that is an auto backup done when an image is loaded?

The settings backups preceded by IM were created when you flashed an Image using Image Manager. The ones prefixed with SU are the ones created when you performed a Software Update.

If you don't want a settings backup to be created, disable the option. It's on by default.

The only way to see the errors on sof3 updates is for you to try it by command line. Otherwise it's just guess work.
