vix 3.0 build 632 kernel 3.6.0

since i have updated maybe 3 times since i have moved, not notise this before
had my motor dish re put up and now on sat finder when looking whats out there and how strong the signal is it crashes

set up epg to update at 4am on 4 sat feeds, woke up this morning and a crash error on screen?

i forgot as just woke up was a large window in middle about frozen or something loads off python urls
if the same tomorrow ill copy it

the crash log on box is 2 days old, so nothing was made for this morning

if i do a epg download it starts ok, moves dish ok and downloads channels, but sits on parsing events for ages, a good 5 mins and then loops around to download the channels again

ok 16 mins in and now the vix spinner on top left with loading data at bottom
this lasts 4 mins or so and just stays on the openvix blue background with dvdb service on display
does not return to a channel?

Not sure if this adds anything to it, but i dont leave the box on when i go to bed, always standby

well, to me it looks like the box is having memory issues.
Try disabling some & see at what stage it stops crashing.

CrossEPG as found in the ViX image is not just another plugin, it is deeply imbeded and highly customised for ViX, removing it will cause problems.
