[GiGaBlue QUAD] Updates taking a while?

could be any number of reasons, the box may have been performing a disk check if you have a HDD inserted etc. without a bootlog there is really no way for us to know exactly what was going on with the box at the time.

Home> root> logs. Or just use the logs manager built directly into the image it self and send them directly from the receiver.


EDIT. After reading your post again if your referring to a bootlog, those can only be created by using RS232 serial connection and PUTTY during the boot up process, they are not saved on the box, the logs generated by this method are saved on your pc.

Not had this problem since until this morning
So far I've been waiting a good 30+mins
TV just displays the 'Please wait until your Gigablue HD Quad reboots' screen

Do you have picons from the feeds installed? They tend to cause this problem.
