[TM-NANO-OE] Updating from apollo 160 to latest do i need to flash bootloader?

Hi just needed to know do i need to flash bootloader or just flash to latest vix? My apollo installed date on stb says 2015-03-25

Off topic. Ages ago my receiver was getting VIX spinner, stalling, was stuff on top of receiver i.e a letter covering fan on top of box. Box was hot. Thought I'd let you guys know as seen a few threads on here. Think most tecnomate stb fan is on top so might wanna make it sticky.
Box used start acting up felt like software issue/buggy but when its cool run's smooth so you can imagine the frustration

The last bootloader was dated 22/05/2015 so you'll most likely need to flash that first then flash latest image after that.
