Crossepg is not supported anymore but in that choice there was a button : update rytec sources . Is it possible to bring that button back so we can update the sources again ? Or am I overlooking something

Why do you say CrossEPG is not supported any more? Is it gone from the plugins?

oke THX found it and installed and working again.Could that not be simply incorporated in standard image under epg so we do not need to install crossepg ?

Why are u using Crossepg? Only for Rytec sources? EPG importer will do that for you.

I do not find an option in EPG importer to update rytec sources so I use the one in crossepg

I only ever used CrossEPG for satellite sources, but since the OpenTV reader was built into the Vix images there was no further need for me to use it and it would only add unnecessary bloat to the standard image. As @Sicilian says - EPG importer will do what you need.

If you are on latest image, it will have latest rytec sources.

There is a test branch that will allow people to updte the sources, but the sources do not change that often anyway.
