VIX 2.3 Linux 3.1.1 USB Wifi and standby mode

After upgrading to Linux 3.1.1. I have experienced my TP-Link WN321G RT73 based USB adapter realy struggles when my box is set in standby mode. The connection is cutted and reestablished almost every second. It is possible to ftp the box but the transfer rate is near by zero. Until the last VIX 2.3 my TP-Link did the job flawless even in standby mode. Somebody else with similar experiences?

I can't get wifi to work at all on mine, was perfect in all other VIX images
