Thanks Andy. Im just too used to the old Neutrino set up. Ok button brings up channel list. Left and Right do page up and down in the channel list. Channel up / down changes channel up and down. Just that sort of set up.

in my vu no crash happen after update but it stop in starting in front panel and not work and screen is black

format usb in a fresh computer that has been virus checked fat32

place vix usb in there

reflash box

making sure nothign is connected even a cam or card just the box and then see what happens and report back

nfi and vuutility might be another option but that requires a nul modem cable
