[VU+ Ultimo] Vu+ app help

I have a Vu Ultimo box. Downloaded the vu+ app for android. Can get it working easily on the same broadband that the box is using. But cannot access it remotely from a different wifi. Tried searching for an answer. Must be an easy setting but driving me crackers.

I have a BT home hub. Is there any walkthrough?

You will need to look up port forwarding for your particular router. You will need to port forward 80 8001 8002.

I also think you should read through all the recent posts on transcoding for more information.
