Vu Solo 2 Re-format message

Vu+ Solo 2 approximately 4 weeks old from World of Sat.

I have just looked in the Vix menu for the first time and in the sections named Backup and Image Manager I have this message:

"There was a problem with this device please Re-Format"

The box seems to be working ok, but obviously this message is a concern.

Have you a HDD or USB stick installed?

That's why so, bo location to create a back-up on.
