Hi,
I am looking to buy a VU+ box but not sure which to get some advice would be greatly appreciated.
The main functions i will be using are
- CCAM
- Stream across local LAN to PC - SD doesnt have to be HD but i have a good network setup
- Occasional recording - not to fussed about twin tuner etc ie wathc and record two diffrent channels.- Can use external or internal HD.
- No use for things like youtube /web browsing etc.
Using a legitimate Cshare i have found some of the lower generation linux boxes struggle and sometime freeze , glitch reguarly - is this down to the setup of the CCAM or does it have alot to do with the processor speed of the box -
Solo and Duo are roughly the same but SOLO2 is significantly faster - will i see any diffrence with CCAM services or will this speed be only for features on the box itself - is it worth the extra money for basic use i will give it ?
