[VU+ Solo2] VU+ solo2 box frozen trying to load sky blue hd epg

i tried to set up the sly hd blue style epg etc on my box, followed the video guide but at the end when it was supposed to restart the box it froze instead.

if anyone can help its much appreciated

i posted twice as i wasn't sure if i posted in the correct place.
i was following this guide 1) How to install Blue HD Skin using OpenViX at the end it says the system will reboot, the system looked like it was doing this but instead it's just frozen, ive tried switching the box off and on again but it's not going any further and i cant do anything with the box.
can this be fixed or is it possible to send it away? stupid i know but ive got two boxes and i tried it on the other one and its done the exact same thing!
