VU+ solo2, Vix and scart problem

I have tried flashing the vix 3.0 firmware onto my new VU+ solo2 but all I get is a black screen. I know it is installing because the unit's display it is showing hdmi/scart options. The TV I am using doesn't have hdmi so I have tried 2 scart leads and a phono video cable but no joy.

The stock firmware works as does an openpli 3.0 image that I tried - does vix 3.0 support scart?

Any suggestions would much appreciated.

Its a bug in recent builds that we are aware of, its being looked into.

Which version is best to use?

Vix has come highly recommended so want to get up and running

Try build 715, if not 701 should be fine.

I think we found the bug.
You can try for yourself using the attached file (unzip to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components ).
Restart Enigma2 and remove the file after the restart.
