abu - I understand you're trying to help the OP (as am I), and I'm happy to edit the terrestrial.xml file for testing (I can only test for Saorview, though), but I would rather start editing from an informed position where I knew which parameter values were valid for DVB-T2 and which for DVB-T. I found that if I used the "auto" values they work fine in my Quad Plus terrestrial tuners, but other hardware may be more picky about parameters. I'm probably too analytical about these things, so my bad! I'll pm Andy and see if I can get the additional parameter values.

Hi Abu
yes and did clear before scan.

I think the standard terrestrial / cable tuner is not up to the job and want the HD side so will up-grade to T2 and try again.
