[VU+ Solo2] Why Upgrade

I have a Solo 2 running Vix 3.0.808, I have no issues, are there any good reasons why I should re-flash to Apollo......????????????

I have reflashed a few solo 2's for mates of mine and they have come back to me and said the box runs through menus and the epg quicker now. I cant say I noticed too much of a difference speed wise on my own Solo 2 but I do find Apollo very user friendly and easy to setup. I liked build 808, it was the first I used but I prefer Apollo and I'm glad I reflashed.

For the same reason you would have upgraded windows 98 to xp or xp to windows 7 etc etc.

Make a full image backup. Try new image.

You have yet to say exactly what the problem is with T2 tuning. Start a thread detailing concerns/issue. Perhaps someone may look like it.

May even be just a simple case of your transmitter details are not present.

No build below Apollo 032 has access to the plugin feeds any longer, so you will have to source any plugins and their dependencies manually if you need them
