Tried this cannot get it to work ?
Would this be because I have set up the remote to my tv and the volume + - and mute now work the TV not the VU+ Duo2.

Good point, try resetting the remote and try again.

Yes Reset Remote to Standard works Mute now does ContextMenu.

Now how do we get it to work when configured to work your TV even if it means using a different key ie < or > or something else ????

OK guys i am closing this thread now, it was intended as a announcement thread not to provide support. if you need help please make a thread of your own instead of tacking onto a existing one, you will get better help that way with less risk of your post just getting lost in the rabble.
