No other issues.. and its not a clone bought from WOS. Dont know what to do with swap.. can you advise..

What is swap?

Well, if you got it from WOS the box is legit.
While in the Swap Manager screen, press green to create a swap file, save it on your HDD & choose the 96MB option.
When it's created, press yellow to autostart on boot.
Reboot the box & try again.

Also, what other plugins have you installed?

Telnet into the box & use:

init 4
rm -r /media/hdd/crossepg
rm /media/hdd/epg.dat
init 3

Swap just gives you extra memory when needed, not always the best option but just trying to track down your problem...
Have you tried the removing your current EPG route?
Can you give us a screenie of your plugins screen?

Currently doing scan. so will take a while.
Only plugins i have added are 1 channel and autoshutdown

Just to let you know I have resolved my problem, started from scratch and did another fresh install and all OK now.

I read in another post that airplayer support for iOS devices is available in ViX 3.0. You didn't mention it in the feature list on the first page. And what about HBBTV? Is it included and if not, any chance that it works in the future?

When i go epg then autotimer, i get message saying autotimer stored but some programmes do not show in timer view (green button) is this correct?

You click blue button in EPG and than it shoud popluate the timer automatically, if its not working go into AT and press menu and check your settings

As for being better than Mr Mister, no, same thing but looking promising as a way to run a plugin & auto-update rather than depend on pre-made bouquets.

Stan, It does show in AT but not on timers?
I have never gone in to settings so should be okay.
It only does this on some programmes not all... strange
