thats because the updates on the new image are set to "stable" if you want to update, then go to menu/setup/system/software upgrade,..and set it to unstable

What exact build are you currently using ? as there were a small number of earlier builds where the feeds and online updates were broken, I would advise you update the the latest version on the openvix server and wait a while until we again set the feeds to stable for the image.

I can confirm the problem reported by player1. The 3.0 duo feeds are missing on WOS.com, the uni/solo/ultimo feeds are available.

The duo is the very last one of the images that gets updated on the feeds as as each image requires around 1.5 gig of feeds to be uploaded this takes a considerable amount of time as we have 11 images or something like that out there now. so please bear with us and be patient.

I'm ripping my hair out here as it's still not working.
It NEVER has worked for me since upgrading to v3 weeks ago.
I do have it set to enable unstable downloads.
Infact over the last few weeks I've tried all variations mentioned on here.
When trying to download new software I ALWAYS get
"A background check is in progress please try again later"
If trying to down plugins I ALWAYS get "Feeds are down for maintenance"
Tried enabling and disabling unstable updates but it makes no difference at all.

internet is working fine.
321 downloaded from here http://www.world-of-satellite.com/enigma2/openvix/index.php?dir=
a few days ago and installed from memory card. It is the latest version uploaded there.
