Anyone know how to get the epg from green to to teal green?

A really small Metrix problem. In ImageManager the GREEN button works perfectly but there ist no "Create" text:


(my actual skinparts on ViX: 'def.-iconbar', 'def.-channelname', 'guzzler-channelselection', 'kniftes-infobar-classic', 'vix update status', 'guzzler epg selection', 'number zap', 'grapg epg vix', 'movieselection with picon', 'modern movieplayer' / color: amber)

When you are in epg, press menu. Make sure epg is set to graphical.

Hi guys,

For those with missing picons download this,extract and copy into your picon folder. This completes Ocrams most recent SHD set (06/08) with the exception of ?TV as I have no idea what this channel is!!

Done - although for some reason seemed to be nothing wrong with the skin, so just changed it to a fixed label - not ideal but works!

Hmm, really should be 'name="key_green" ', otherwise the label will never be translated.

i no problem with this skin But as soon as enable skin from setting will crash

Sorted - I didn't skin this screen so didn't notice it was 'render="label" source"key_green" ' as this worked for all the other colours!! All changed to name="key_green" now! Thanks Rob.

Hi pnkpanther, while I don't have an et6000, can I ask if you customised the skinparts before selecting the skin? I always suggest people leave it as default at first as not all the skin parts available from the openstore work on vix.

I have now included ubisIst's runningtext mod's into the main skin - The content will scroll vertically only if the text length is greater than the window size.

This is in version 35 that will be available on next vix update.

I found a bug, If you add a timer by pressing 'green' via the Single EPG then try to remove the timer by pressing the 'Green' button it does not work. It freezes were by the remote becomes unresponsive and the only way to get a response is to press 'exit' on the remote... This is the same via the Graphical EPG, The only way to remove the timer is via the 'Timer Editor' screen.

Fantastic work though on this skin, I'm quite picky and it's the only other skin i like other than the ViX Night HD.

That means that the screens with the name "RecordTimerQuestion" and "RemoveTimerQuestion" are not present in the skin.

Late to the party... Just tried installing skin on latest version of Vix.
I can't get it to work. Can I get step by step how to install successfully,
Keeps crashing & loading the Vix skin...

Crashing = crash logs, please upload one so someone can see what the issue actually is.
Also, what box are you using? if a low memory model, it might be worth creating a swapfile.
Blue button -> ViX -> Swap Manager.

Hi F1mad, The vix epg works independently of the skin using it's own graphics. However you can make it the way you want:

Download this, unzip the folder and place it in usr/share/emigma2/metrixHD.

It is blue, not teal but is closer then green and you can always edit the files in a photoshop/paint etc to be any colour you wish. If you do make your own colour scheme please post it here for others. Unfortunately MatrixHD can't change this but relatively easy to do.

that has got to be a gross understatement
but i reckon it's not your (nor ViX') fault.
even with VTi and the original version of the skin, enabling too many different skin parts will result in mayhem ...

on a sidenote : am i right in thinking that if i want to see changes you've done to the skin on the feed, i have to recreate the skin in the skin settings menu ?
