Sundtek Help Needed, Tune Failed! Problem

I have a vu+ duo and a Sundtek Media Pro usb tuner. I'm running Vix 3.0 Build 808 Kernel 3.1.1 and installed the Sundtek Control Center Plugin from the plugin feeds. I set it to DVB-T and did a full scan which found all the Irish channels. But I get a "Tune Failed!" error message when I select any channel. Also the box runs really slowly after the fail until I tune back to a satellite channel.
Is it possible that the signal strength is strong enough to scan but not to watch?
Ideas?

I have the same tuner without ananalog and FM functions (MediaTV Digital Home III). It seem`s Sundtek needs to develope new drivers. My stick works faintly as DVB-T tuner in DUO2, Ultimo and DM800HD. But no sign of promised T2 function. Markus Rechberger from Sundtek promised to come back with this matter within few days. In Finland I`m using Iceland (Europe DVB-T/T2) setups for this stick. I don`t know about the Irish frequencies.

Heres my 2 pence worth of advice.
Throw that Sundtek tuner in the bin.
I spent 18 months having nothing only grief with it.
I tried it in Duo, Gigablue Quad and DUO2 and it was a nightmare.
I then got a loan of a PCTV NANOSTICK T2 (290e) and that worked 100% no issue.
The only issue was that it was only 1 tuner.
A few weeks back I got a Playstation PlayTV and its 100% solid in my DUO2.
It has 2 DVBT tuners so I can record on both Muxes at the same time.
So for ireland Id recommend the Playstation PlayTV as T2 isnt needed.
Its only €30-40 so its cheap as well...

Weird...
Seems to be hit and miss with USB tuners...

Maybe not just with usb tuners, but it seems to be difficult area when it`s about T2 tuners. Still it`s good to realise that T2 is going to be the format for terresrtial broadcasting for the future. Even in Germany.
