[VU+ Solo2] Error Backup Manager on update

hi folks when i go to do the update from build 13 to 16 im met with this error message

i have uploaded the crash log also , nothing has changed on the box from previous updates that all went well just this on seems to crash and restart box

Just noticed that when I enter into plugins menu I get an error relating to metrix hd skin

Never had this before

I have what looks like the same problem going from 013 - 016
Sorry I could not read I am on iPhone at moment
But I am unable to update

Maybe turn off the Automatic settings backup.
Menu -> Setup -> System -> Software update settings -> Automatic settings backup = no.

Then run the software update again.

Let us know if it then updates OK & don't forget to turn on the Automatic settings backup again...

When I change to no and green button to save crashes spinning vix & reboots
I've used image manager to flash 016 than restored settings from a previous 05 I think in case previous back had been corrupt
I noticed while flashing it came up with flashing boot loader I think bad sectors sorry missed message went off just as I came back into room

Ok trying to turn off the auto backup settings results in a crash when I hit the green button to save it !

You can run

init 4 && opkg update && opkg upgrade && init 6

in telnet to update.

when I try to go to certain setting the vix sign pops up and it will not let do anything, if I restart or restart enigma the vix sign pops and spins.

sorry - for example if I try to restore a backup, the vix image starts to spin, ive managed to delete the metrix hd skin from ftp, but same issue.
