If the can't foward any ports what option do I have left?

Try your IP address followed by :16001 to see that you've left your CCcam pages open to anyone.

I have read up on things like u have to be carful with opening ports ect ect
What can a hacker do? How will he know who I im and what I got tho?
I changed my router pass so surely no one can access my box unless they can access my router or dny account?

Don't open any ports if you don't know how to protect them.
Pretty easy to see whats open doing a simple port scan & you've bypassed your router by forwarding these ports.

Also, as you had telnet open, anyone could have logged in & changed your password if you didn't change it yourself.

you may not have opened ports 12000, 16000, 16001 via your router but I bet they are in your CCcam.cfg file which is why they are showing up on the port scan as vulnerable, because your config file is basically telling your receiver to actively look for traffic on those ports.

Right I had done that so no one else did
All inbound ports are now closed

If I knew that people could access my box I wouldn't had opened them
Is there any way round this to do remote view?
What I'm gonna do is reinstall the images but with out restoring the settings then telenet and change pass

Yes, close all those ports. I'd even reflash your box & change passwords on all devices on your network.
Look at your routers instruction manual on how to terminate a VPN, then look for a VPN connection app for your iPad.

Nope, your router admin page is still open, not a good idea even if it is password protected.

If someone did hve telnet/ssh access, in theory they could have access to anything on your network.

A password offers little protection & it's not even using https.
I'd also block access to it. Any good reason you want it open?

Not really
Well it came handy like today for closing ports but it was on option to allow remote control of my router
