In settings of vu+ solo2 is no item on background searching channels.
Previously, it was in CUSTOMIZE.

Can't seem to work this out you need to explain what you are actually trying to achieve .Do you not mean setting your ABM to custom your area ??

Good: there is no 'obscure channel' looking.

Be aware: when this has been turned off, the box won't find any channel with even slightly wrong parameters. This setting to off is for professional use only.

And besides: why would you want this turned off at all? No channel will ever be added to any bouquet (and the 'all' list is only a system-database, not really meant for manual use).

One reason for disabling background scanning is that of someon has used ABM to run in custom mod, background scan will bring in the unavailable HD channels.

Same applies to to blacklisting adult chanenls when running ABM, background scan will scan them in automatically.
