After updating to 016 I am getting another update with two packages to install which will not update. Going back to 015 until it's sorted. Not moaning just warning others that it could happen.

I fresh flashed my solo2 to 15 on Saturday, it was still showing an update available but trying to check which packages gave me the error that we was getting by the ocram feed error, at the same time I fresh flashed 15 on my duo2 and that didn't flag any extra updates.

Yep 015 was working fine it's 016 that recreated the problem .I will remove the Oscam file and see if that cures it .

Everything is working fine , I have just had to disable the background check on the software updates to stop the flashing icon saying there is a update. I will keep a eye out on the forum and wait for the next update. When I checked the opkg there is no Ocram file to remove which I believe was taken out on 015.

Hi all - had a similar issue a few releases back - had to wait until I could download and menu flash the latest version then all was OK.. I haven't checked but would suspect it may be the same two packages. So IMHO hold off a day or so until -016 is available for download on the Linux and then do online reflash with settings. Hold off on online upgrade as you may well end up reflashing anyway

No issues here, just upgraded my main boxes at home from 015 to 016, tried online update again to check what's been posted and no updates available, all good here.

concur with "The Boss" - thanks Sicilian - it went OK this time - no lingering "2 more patches" to download. Just one very minor issue observed - not a problem but the Yellow Button download in Image Backup comes back blank - not even recent ones. Although it was on the website if I had needed it. Sure it will sort in time so just observing lest others see something similar. All running well on -016 on a Solo2 here

I can also confirm this. Blue button, ViX, Image manager, yellow button, no images are available to download, just comes back blank.

Thanks Sicilian God knows 015 was running great so when I had the flashing icon I updated via the Mutant and the 2 packages reappeared. I have disabled background check to stop the icon. What do you recommend wait and Reflash with 016 and set up has new .

Just updated Vu Duo2 via online update. Still 2 packages remaining but nothing showing in OE Changes or E2 Log.

Telnet command "init 4 && opkg update && opkg upgrade && init 6" produced this and shows the 2 packages not installed due to them breaking dependencies:

Not selecting libtuxtxt32bpp0 2.0+git60+b6c8d5a as installing it would break existing dependencies.

Hope that helps

Cheers, Mark

Edit - that was my next plan - couch reflash and restore - thanks boss )

Sicillian and Andy H post faster than me - was just about to cancel my previous observation but appears they sorted it. Downloading -016 now just so my backup plan is up to date! Thanks.

Yes down to some files changes whilst I've been putting together new OpenViX site. Download manager links to same folders as openvix.co.uk download folders.

Just to confirm all ok after reflash with settings restore. Many Thanks Sicilian
