[VU+ Duo2] Typo Symbol Rate Info on DVB-C tuner

Hi,

Back to an old typo, the information regarding Symbol Rate is x1000 greater than the real on a DVB-C tuner, example the SR 6900 real is showing as 6900000.

Well based on that info, it's possible the offending file is this and line 677 looks like it returns the symbol rate to the skin. Maybe divide that by 1000. Alternatively, this line actually calls the function at line 366 so could divide that by 1000.

This is purely a guess and I could be wrong so maybe leave for one of the more knowledge of python.
