Has any of you experience a frozen box with pinkish screen?
i left my box on stand by last night and in the morning the box was frozen with pink screen. i could not do anything with remote so i switched it off from the back switch and after 10 seconds switched it back on and everything is working normal....

Yes, I've had this happen. Though when I restarted the box I noticed I had no epg data so assumed that crossepg had fired up early in the morning to update the epg but crashed before finishing the update (speculation on my part, I could be wrong). I set off a manual epg download and everything has been fine since.

I had the same thing in the early hours of Monday morning too, and CrossEPG failing was my take on it. When I rebooted, other than the DVB EPG info (now and next), there were no CrossEPG-provided EPG data sets. I re-ran CrossEPG downloader and everything was fine from then on. Strange though.

Hi silverfox....sorry if this has been requested before but I was unable to find it on the site....I bought the vu duo from a mate who is on holidays at present who had your channel setup already loaded from about last nov or so,I would love to get the latest list but I do not know how to loadit onto the box...can you direct me to a 'dummies guide' if you can...sorry again for the hastle and thanks for your help.

I've been told that I need NewCS or Oscam on my Vu+, together with CCcam, in order to get one of my cards to work, but I can't find out how to do this. All advice and help will be very welcome! For now, I can't even find Oscam for this image... Fell free to help me through this.

To late to edit, so; I do find Oscam, but don't I need a combo of CC and Os..?
