I always reflash my receivers via online flash…..the default setting will backup your current settings before flashing the new image.
I personally think that is better than software update ( my view) and as fast …

still can't watch another program while tuner - A - is green and tuner B - is yellow means it's recording with Tuner B
and tuner A is just green??

also use softcam

is it the right Ncam for the Dreambox DM920

There is general issue with ci modules handling in enigma...
If you remove the modules and use oscam the it may work (assuming that oscam can decode your channels).
But for now is not possible with ci module...

we just have to wait for that error to be corrected ??

but openvix run properly stable image that is before error :thumbsup:

ps.. try running osram later so we can see if it works

For sure using only oscam WITHOUT any ci module works fine with fbc sat tuner. I have never tried with terestrial or cable tuners since i have none...
Maybe there are issues with that specific tuners...

Oscam- latest and oscam-emu will be latest oscam at image build time

just installed ncam and tuxbox plugins

to see if it works better with ci+ module

ncam, oscam or what ever softcam doesnt have anything to do with CI+ modules.
It will not make any difference for CI+ handling.

openvix only records sometimes only 7 min out of an hour


it's a bit boring when looking forward to seeing what you've recorded

openvix is completely professionally made��


have not experienced any kind of error in openvix������

now it works to watch another program while recording, it only works if you put a tick 0X500 in the comon interface, otherwise it doesn't work


it runs error free with openvix-6.6.008

ps.. you couldn't improve the recording, but can watch something while someone else watches TV on the Dreambox, it's just a question about whether it is possible to change the way it records ????

I am not sure what you mean...... Logs doesnt show errors....As for recording as i stated before, with 2 CI modules and 2 tuners all you can do is one recording and one to watch. Thats all.
