sfx6018 - stuck on openvix launch screen

Hi there,

I got an SFX6018.
I had openatv on it but I use openvix. I added openvix and it said GUI needs to restart.
It restarted and now it is stuck on the main openvix landing screen.
The remote is non response and the display on the front of the box is showing 49.

Any ideas as to what I can do. I cant find a hard reset button on the box itself.

I downloaded openvix on to a usb but the usb didn't launch on the box.

Would anyone know the sequence to flash one of these boxes?

Power on and hold down OK button on the remote. When UPDT appear on screen release the OK button and wait for the recovery menu.

Once in the recovery menu go to Network Multiboot image upgrade. Flash OpenViX into slot 1, simples.

Ya, so when I plug it in boot comes up on the screen.
I am holding down the OK button.
It is only through numbers on the screen, I am holding down ok, it gets as far as 49 on the screen and stops and the Openvix landing page is on screen.

UPDT never appeared on screen.

frozen at that and not responding to remote.

Power on then immediately point the remote at the receiver and hold down the OK button.
