Tuning Failed Message appearing

Hi, I have 2 friends in Belfast who I set up there E2 boxes with OpexVix, one is on the latest image and the other is on an older image, they have both started to get the same message on there screens when they switch on first thing in the morning, " Tuning failed! Provider:Sky Uk, Tuner:B Frequency: 11778 Mhz ". Autobouquet Maker is set for N.I. SD Custom, everything is working properly as I have got them to test both turners when on a channel and do a signal test. I just find it strange thay they are both getting this message, hopefully someone can shed some light on it. TIA

You have to check that you can receive the transponder needed for ABM using that tuner. Just because they have perfect signal on other transponders, it doesn't mean they can receive all transponders.In signal finder, make sure you select 11778 MHz.

Another check is whether a manual , single satellite, scan using THAT tuner finds over 700 channels on 28.2.
