What type of support thread are you creating?
Possible bug
What OpenViX Image build number are you using?
6.7.009
Have you tried re-flashing WITHOUT settings restore?
NO
Have you tried re-flashing WITH a settings restore?
NO
On DM920 open VIX 6.7.009 the audiosync extension is not working. It is installed, but the system says that there is a problem and the image-sound synchronization cannot be set. The problem has existed since version vix6.7.008.
Is there any other extension that allows audio synchronization?

You might want to try a fresh flash and setup with no settings restore. Then if you still have an issue provide a log file.

I assume by "audiosync extension" you mean the audiosync extension plugin?
if so the dreambox procs are not necessarily the same as on a "normal" E2 receiver, so the plugin may not work or be fully supported.

BUT ...... are you saying it was working before vix6.7.008?

Can you describe your setup e.g. dm920 direct into TV(what make?) or with a sound bar (if so which and how attached to....?) and what doesn't sync e.g. Sat or playing recordings or IPTV??

e.g. my dm900 is via hdmi 3 port on a LG OLED TV (there are 2 other E2 receivers going into other hdmi inputs on that TV) and which has the soundbar on the AV2 port .... sound syncing is by directly changing some of the LG OLED controls.
So doesn't need any plugin.

So please supply further information and a debug log would probably help (Menu/system/Logs/settings ----> enable, save other than flash, local time)

@ROGIII can you unzip attachment and then copy the .py file to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/AudioSync and reboot the box!!
