Ultimo 4k froze updating

i am not sure what you mean with full layout structure of USB, the USB is only 1gb, thank you for deleting the other picture
So can you try to connect with putty, login with root and your password

yes i can connect to putty, i dont know what to do after that, i can get FTP to work

in post 19, I posted the commands for you to run. This will hopefully show the problem.

I get. error while loading shared libraries; libudfread.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Is that what Enigma2 failed at or what you are getting on your PC? ( This is why we asked you to post the output.)

If you are willing to, we can try and flash your receiver by command line. You must follow the instructions exactly.

Seem to remember that was an issue with one of the plugins but would not kill the box… as Abu has said need to see whole output from the command…. Then if not directly fixable can do Abu,s commands to flash and recover

what is meant by whole output from the command

Also had this same issue. Slightly surprised there aren't more people with this problem..

Anyway to solve it (if you have access to box)

opkg install libudfread

will try anything were to find
opkg install libudfread

Same happened to me on a Gigablue UE 4K had to use the WGET command to get it running again.

login putty:
then type and hit enter
opkg update
then type and hit enter
opkg install libudfread
then type and hit enter
reboot

and that's all

Thank you @ocean and @pololoko111

what is meant by whole output from the command
When you run the command, there will be results shown. It will then stop enigma2, fail to load something. W need to see everything that is shown in that box.

So copy it and paste it into a document and then upload the document here so we people can read it and see/solve the problem. Some people post an out of focus picture, some people post a little bit and miss context. And for your comment, I did not know that was the message being displayed of the result or when you tried to paste the command. That is why I asked to see the whole output (result)

I suppose I could have posted the command that generates a log file, and you could then just upload the file.

Sometimes we say "start enigma2 using the command line", so basically we want to see what is happening and what goes wrong.

Not many people have reported this problem. We have a facility to send messages when performing updates and can specify which versions get the message. We would advise to "flash the newer image and restore settings/plugins" instead of "performing a software update".
