I'm trying to update my Technomate TM-Nano M3 and Gigablue UHD Quad 4K to the latest Openvix Release. Earlier upgrades have been successful but being without a dish for while and may have left it a bit too long. I've followed the normal update process without success and tried earlier releases incrementally. I'm reluctant to do a factory reset without knowing the consequences. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks

Just download the latest image in ImageManager and flash it. The process will do an automatic backup which you can restore in the install wizard.

Factory reset just removes any settings, so you have a vanilla image

Thanks. Problem solved, fault was a corrupted usb drive.

Changed USB and flashed image 6.7.20 to TM Nano M3 in case of problem with 6.8. All was OK for a while until using the remote. Picture reduced to small window and wouldn't respond to remote. Turned it off and re-flashed 6.7.20 again OK for a while. It will reset itself by powering off and on again but various faults occur. I should add that my smallest USB is now 32GB is this a problem? Is there a way the box can be reset before flashing the VIX release. Thanks for any help.
