it´s the best i´ve ever had
and the Price is superb.

the sfi image is working with my Wlan Stick i bought at AMAZON for 7 €

Hope the Board Image will get strong to take the ET5000 forwards.

The remote control of ET9000 can be used also for Et5000, the remote control from Et5000 is universal ?

The ET5000 uses a different remote control frequenzy and does not come with a universal remote control.

I've been testing a ViX beta image on one and got to admit I'm well impressed

Ok, great. To know if it will be any good for feed hunting you need to see how it copes with low SRs. A good example is "Canal Info News" (45ºW, 11674V). My Vantage x221 finds this, but the Duo struggles even though the parameters have been entered manually. If it finds this channel it ticks all the boxes as a feed hunter, (that is assuming it completes a scan in reasonable time).

it's a very good box. But the images. I've testet the SiF and zhe PLI Image. PLI is very good with PVR function, but no WiFi. Sif is very good with WiFi function, but no PVR. I hope, the ViX image can do all.

ViX image is exact like other current releases, so yes it has it all, although WIFI dongle support is a bit limited as we could do with help from anyone who have driver expericance.

The card readers are like to built in smargos

Cant compare to a DM800SE, never used one, but yes it performs fantastic. Has a BCM7405 Dual core CPU and 256mb of DDR2 ram

Dont think this is something I can test as I'm based in London, although I manged to pickup RASD TV with a 1.1m Triax.
