[ABM-MISC] ABM - upgrade to appollo 132 breaks it for me.

@Bigvern, I see what you mean. If you open Graphical EPG, there are a few blank screens. Not 100% sure what is causing it. There were a few EPG changes in 132. We'll have to wait for more debugging to cause it.

Saving EPG data to the internal flash memory is not advised.

Below is a copy of your bouquets.tv, you have quite a few (17) bouquets hidden. Indicated by the "519". These could be the blank ones.

To be honest I haven't got a clue I only started using it when rytec would not download but I seem to get all the program info

If no idea, why use it?
Does it populate EPG you need other than 28.2?
 
with rytec not downloading any more it's the only other EPG for England so I ticked it as I presumed that EPG would not populate as you need to choose one don't you

I download from Rytec (UK XMLTV) without any issues

I did a fresh usb install (with no settings restore) on my Solo2 to 132 and use Sky UK SD set within ABM and use OpenTV for EPG and don't have any issues.

I however, don't hide any entries within ABM.

I don't change settings much within ABM except to set time to download channel list and use Sky UK SD AMB as I said. I setup EPG to download using OpenTV daily and do much messing with those settings neither except to include picons in name and ok button to zap and exit. Most other things would be default for me.

Ok thanks - Though I read somehwere about saving the epg on flash, is it best to move it onto the HDD or a USB?

I''ll count how many blanks I get though pretty sure more than 17 as the last ones go on for ever IIRC.

i'm using mutant 2400,,and when i updated too latest openvix (132).using online option,,it lost sections and added sections that wasn't ticked. so i went back too 131 and all went back to normal...

I also run a Solo 2 and with my upgrade from 131 to 132 the other evening, I am seeing TWO things in the EPG menu when I press TV for bouquet selection menu:

1. the first line below a custom bouquet I have reads "CustomSeperatorMainForxxxxx" where xxxxx is the name of my custom bouquet - this is a change and appears to be a bug. This happens twice as I have two custom bouquets - I use them as header or region labels to seperate two ABM regions that I use

2. I hide sections in the ABM generated bouquets like Adult, Religion, Shopping etc. Since the upgrade, the "hidden" sections now have a line in the Bouquet menu of the EPG (EPG then TV button), BUT the section title is blank on the line (or place-holder if you like), and if you click one of these unnamed sections, no channels are listed even though the EPG view is brought up. The blank lines correspond to each hidden section in ABM.

No need to use 2 EPG sources for Sky UK though, one will overwrite the other. Or are you using English EPG for other non Sky UK channels?

when i try to Update Rytec providers I get a (can not retreve rytec resorces) message and and if I have it set to rytec EPG used to take 40 minutes to download

Thank you for that information judge I only need it for Sky and Virgin so I will stop using it :thumbsup:

ive just updated too new (136),,and same happened..so went back too (135)

I should have said that updating to 136 did not fix, and I am seeing the same thing on YouVix Blue and VixBMC_1080 skins.

Here are three screen shots that show the seperator error and the blank lines.

Thanks for confirming. A bug report as been raised, no work done on it yet. A post should be made when fixed.
 
Please check in 138.
Openwebif currently shows blanks for the hidden bouquets. Openwebif bouquet editor does not.
 
@abu baniaz - I see there is an update, but all last night and this morning I am getting the message "Sorry Feeds are down for maintenance...", but I see that from your profile feeds are stable. Perhaps there is a problem?
