Any reviews of AB PULSe 4K Rev. II

Hi ,

Are there any reviews of the AB PULSe 4K Rev. II ? I am in the market for a second box and have always had VU, but they are hard to get hold of. This seems to be a decent alternative, I would value fast channel hopping, ability to install openVix, something different to try and still needs satellite feeds and HDD slot.

The only thing holding me back is this forum is dead for any indications of this box having much of a user base and there seems to be no reviews of it I can find.

If not this box what else is out there?

Hi.
I do own two of those boxes and they do work pretty fine.
You can install openvix with no problems on those boxes and it works pretty well. The channel switching is pretty fast (at least for the twin sat tunners). You can put a hdd inside easy. As well as use two ci modules.
Well as a budget box it have some down sides... Sometimes the ui is less responsive but with right settings its pretty usable. Sometimes ci modules get stuck on channel switch. But for a budget box its good choice i think.
