If I turn off TV > Box turns off
But if I turn ON TV > Box does not turn on...

I had to change wake up box settings to "Any activity" from "stream request" to get off functionality working...

Image: Apollo 029
Box: Vu Solo2

Maybe a strange question, but what is the problem in having it on "Any activity" to wake up the box

I have a similar issue. Would turn on and off all the time on Helios 17. Since upgrading it doesn't work at all. Could someone do a list of correct settings to make it work or check it's not broken? Cheers.

It seems that build 37 has fixed this.

Sorry, meant to say also, Samsung TV. Seemed to be a problem before too.

Set all to yes and set it to start on tv address sending. That should work as long as your tv hdmi cec is turned on.

had it working on 41, now NOT working on 42.....

Won't be upgrading then.
Why not? HDMI CEC working as expected on build 42 here, no changes have been made to it recently.
Better off updating & reporting any issues you find. We can't be expected to find all issues on all boxes on all TVs.
The more user input, the better for all.

Makes sense but HDMI CEC is a massive thing with my setup so want to be sure it works.

Well, the only way you can be sure it works with your set-up is trying it...
True again. Then if it doesn't I have to work out how to go back to 41. I'll save that for a time that I know the Mrs won't want to watch some terrible soap within a few hours. LOL

Blue button -> ViX -> Image Manager -> Green button.
Restoring a previously working image with all plugins & settings really couldn't be made much easier.

Upgraded to 043 today and hdmi CEC is now working fine.
