everything below build 2.0.9 is the changelog :)

use the one already posted in the thread then use the online update option.

Then it's menu> setup> software update> (2) upgrade and reboot system.

when you do the software update, it will show 1 update available, the only problem at the moment is it doesnt show you the details in the view changes screen.
this will be fixed soon.

you can still go ahead and install the updates and then you can check the information screen to see what build your on. it should be v2.0.9

ive attached the latest ipk, but please try to use the software update function, i implemented this so theres no messing around with ipks for users.

Neither of my vu+ solo2 VIX boxes show any updates when I go into settings and software update, just says it is checking in background and nothing happens.

I will use the IPK thank you.

Suggests a corrupt opkg file, have a look in /var/lib/opkg/lists/ for any large files & delete them.
Then run a software update, not a skin issue.

hmm strange.
try this,

delete all files from /var/lib/opkg/lists

and then see how it goes for the next update

oops didnt realise you posted judge, i wrote a reply and forgot to post it lol until i just got back now

No worries, just pointing out it's probably an image issue rather than your skin issue.
Keep up the good work.

I know it's not a skin issue that's why I said it's my box.

Thanks for the tip

A lot of files are here, is it safe to delete them? your username shows up and file size is 0 for it.

Yes, delete them & then run a software update.

I did this and restarted enigma, now it's working but there is nothing to update as I updated the IPK but at least I can update from the box now thanks guys
