[VU+ Duo2] Box crashes when clicking on the EPG channels list

Over the past 2 weeks when I click on the EPG and any of the channel lists e.g. All channels, it throws a crash report.
It's not all the time neither, its intermittent.

I'm using slyk v5 skin from Kiddac with the top picks installed therefore I thought it was related to this, however I reverted the skin to default and it still crashed in the same way.
For the EPG I use CrossEPG and AutoBouquets

I've had the box for 6 months and all been fine, this has happened in the last 2 weeks, the only thing that has changed is updating Vix.

I've enclosed a few crash reports

Any help would be greatly appreciated

1. Does the skin you installed come with EpgSelection python files?

Yes, it comes with EPGselection python file, however I don't think it is the skin as when I select the default skin open vix skin, the error still occurs.

What are you thinking it could be?

you replaced a system file when installing the skin. selecting a different skin does not revert the file being used.

unfortunately, having .py files on system means they will overwrite system updates. you can check for updated skin.

you may wish to:
make an image backup so you can revert to it.

flash new stock image, test again with skins that do not modify system files. if you do not have problem, let skin author know of issue.

Seems odd though that I've had the same skin installed for a month and only in the last 2 weeks its crashed the box

but I have a backup so I'll try reverting and see what happens
