Same as any other tuner with a signal wire from a universal LNB:
Simple, single, 28.2

The other tuners will work as internal loop through when the system requires them. "FBC automatic" is a misleading term. There is nothing automatic about it at all.

Yep - there's no specific configuration needed for an FBC tuner if you have a universal LNB. @abu's advice is perfect. As regards DVB-T - you don't need T2 for Ireland as we are still using DVB-T. You should check if the DVB-C tuner is limited to DVB-C as usually they can receive DVB-T also. If it's a single tuner it will limit you somewhat unless you adapt to using the +1 channels for RTE.

The only hybrid tuners for the vu 4k receivers are the old style ones that fit in the legacy slots on motherboard.i.e Solo 4k and Ultimo 4k. The FBC cable tuner is not hybrid. He will need the mtsif terrestrial one.

The Duo4k arrived yesterday
I installed the latest Vix
had pretty much everything set up and ready to go and was waiting for the Terrestrial Tuner to arrive
The Tuner arrived today and I put it in
When I start it up the satellite tuner stops working ( all channels greyed out ) but the new Terrestrial tuner works fine and I can watch RTE
Satellite tuner is in slot B and Terrestial in slot A
I did try swapping them around Sat tuner in A and terrestrial in slot B but it would not boot at all

Any Ideas ? please

That was a bit of an odd one
When I removed the terrestrial tuner the satellite stations started working again ( no longer greyed out )
I reinstalled the Terrestrial tuner and the sat stations were again unavailable
Checked the tuner config and the 2 fbc tuners had switched to automatic (weird )
So I set them back to Astra 28.2 and the tuners are all back working
