8.3.000

Have you tried re-flashing WITHOUT settings restore?

NO

Have you tried re-flashing WITH a settings restore?

NO

Tried a few times to download and install the plugin Hbbtv from the servers. It refuses and will not install.

Any clues?

check image again, you are showing 8.3!! if 6.3 then you need to upate to latest 6.8

You must install 'WebkitHbbTV'.
