[VU+ Solo2] Cannot use NTFS ext HDD on Apollo 32

Hi guys,

I haven't update for a while so thought I would today. Noticed the info about build 32 needing a fresh flash, so, fresh flashed with 32.

Then used a backup restore of settings (for some reason it doesn't restore plugins).

However, I am having problems accessing my NTFS formatted external HDD on any image above 32. I downloaded the NTFS plugin, but when I go to mount manager, it puts the mount for my USB pen and external HDD the same, just as USB. I have tried everything, un mounting and remounting, changing mount locations, but it always puts the 2 devices as the same location. On build 024 its fine, I've had to revert back.

Any ideas guys?

Format the USB-stick (full format by your PC) and setup mounts again.
If it goes wrong again, post your fstab here.

Tried that. No joy.

How come it works fine on 24, but not on any image 32 and above?

Apollo Build 024 was using the older OE-A 2.2 core, Apollo Builds after this are on the new OE-A 2.3 core, plus the Vu+ receivers have since undergone a Linux Kernel and driver set update. so technically Apollo build 024 is not the same image as those which follow it.

So is there a problem or possible bug associated with using a NTFS drive with the later images and drivers pal?
