help, iv had my solo setup with my nas for quite sometime but lastweek my broadband was upgraded to 30mb so got new router. Since the router was changes my solo box cant find my nas. It was setup using CIFS as ive never managed to get NFS working, anyway ive tried everything but cannot get the solo was to find my nas. Ive never ever got NFS working, no idea why.

CIFS
Mount FSAB
Got correct ip address
servershare /scottnas/video

nobody got any ideas, all other devices can access the nas, ipad, ps3, tv, phone,

Its a synology 111 I think, it was working all before, everything else works with it bar the solo box.

does it show up if you use network browser on the vu

I assume you've got NFS installed on the box as well?

Can you telnet in to the box ok? Might it be a firewall setting in new router?

Turned firewall on router off, no joy, remember all other devices can access it. Im using CIFS.

and as I asked before and you did not reply - Do you see your Nas in the vu Network Browser

Sorry if I try and use the network browser the solo box crahes, if its reimage for the 3rd time then I'll just leave it, getting fed up doing that.

Talk about cardsharing is against the rules, I have removed it from your post.

What plugins do you have installed and please provide a crash log from your attempts to access the network browser.
Are you sure you have a genuine box ?

lol, yes its genuine unless WOS has sold my one that isnt. only plugins i have are youtube, crossepg

/media/hdd or /media/usb or /home/root depending on where you specify in menu>setup>system>logs>settings and any devices you have

One other thing did you restore any settings backup when you went from 2.3 to 2.4
